The mini bar was stocked with complimentary drinks, a very welcome touch. The hotel's location offered convenient access to several restaurants. I found a supermarket a short walk away which was really useful. The bus stop directly across the street provided easy transport to the airport.

I had booked a specific room type, but the hotel did not honor it. I requested a Double Room Lounge. the room I received faced a noisy street. Constant traffic noise persisted throughout the night. I found it hard to sleep well. the room service menu lacked variety. The food that I ordered arrived cold. I expected a higher standard, considering the hotel's rating.

the hotel provided easy access to the airport by bus, with a bus stop right across from the entrance. the room was spacious, with a balcony facing the street, awesome for plenty of people-watching. i found complimentary drinks in the fridge, a nice touch after a long journey. the breakfast offered a good selection, ensuring a satisfying start to each day.
I noticed the hallway carpet needed a thorough cleaning, particularly around the edges. This detracted slightly from the otherwise well kept appearance of the hotel.

I experienced a severe damp smell in room 801, it seemed to originate from water damage behind a cracked tile in the shower, the damage extended into the bedroom wall. The hotel staff only offered air freshener as a solution.
